2009 Vermont Bar Exam Dates

February 24-25;  July 28-29
Bar Exam Format

The exam lasts two days.  On day one, the Multistate Bar Exam is administered.  On day two, six essay questions are given. Click here for more information about AmeriBar's Multistate Bar Review Course.
Bar Exam Scoring Information

Applicant must pass both sections.  135 (scaled) is a passing score for the MBE.  135 (scaled) or 36 (raw) is a passing score for the essays.

Applicant may transfer a scaled score of 135 or higher if prior exam was taken within 4 administrations of the exam.
